If I have listen to this everyday until it gets stuck in my head I will. 3years and finally realized how I lied to myself . Missed red flags and I didn’t notice until his mask came off. I see him now. I wasn’t perfect but I was good to him. Silent treatments . Lies. Manipulation. Toxic. I just thought I was in love and those things were small not even realizing those were warning signs for bigger problems. I’m learning and healing one day at a time loving myself more. If I have that much love to give to someone I can give it to myself.

This is powerful and uplifting. I have been struggling with the word since I was a child. My mother called me that while brutally beating me since I was 4 years old. I get offended when someone calls me the n word. Sometimes I fight the urge to react violently. I will look into your programs to find some healing.

Baby daddy is a slang term that should not be used, it attempts to normalize in my opinion having multiple children with different children. Its derogatory, same with the word baby mama.

I would love for Dr. Umar Johnson to have been added to this conversation.
